Creating an HTML email signature

Posted on 04. Dec, 2012 by in hacks

I spent some time creating an HTML email signature so I figured I would share the HTML code with everyone so you could use it as a basis to create your own HTML email signature. Below is the HTML I used to create my email signature. If you want to see how it looks simple plug it into the free online HTML rendering tool:

<table border=”0″>
<tbody>
<tr>
<td width=”260px”><span style=”font-size: small; color: #008000;”><span style=”font-size: medium;”><strong data-type=”var” data-name=”name”>Julien Brandt, CEO<br /></strong></span></span><br />
<div style=”margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;”><span style=”font-size: small; color: #008000;” data-type=”var” data-name=”phone”>Organik SEO<br />444 S. Cedros Ave. Suite 189<br />Solana Beach CA 92075<br /><br />O: 858.345.2569 | F:&nbsp;484.465.6019<br /><br />&nbsp;<img src=”http://organikseo.com/images/organik2.png” alt=”” /><br /><br /></span></div>
<span style=”font-size: small; color: #008000;” data-type=”var” data-name=”website”><span style=”color: #0000ff;”>www.OrganikSEO.com</span><br />”Helping Businesses Grow Naturally”&nbsp;<br />&nbsp;</span></td>
</tr>
</tbody>
</table>

P.S. If you use a web based email provider to send and receive email you may need to download a browser extension that will allow you to take advantage of HTML email signatures. Leave a comment if you have questions or need help!
